The short version: we collect what we need to answer your enquiry and send your order, and nothing else. No ad trackers, no data brokers, no newsletter you did not ask for.

No analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no session recording, no fingerprinting, no third-party cookies. There is no payment processing on this site yet, so we never see or store card data.
We do not sell, rent or trade your data. We do not add you to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry.
Freight forwarders and couriers need your name, address and phone number to deliver a parcel. Customs authorities in your country may require an invoice with declared value. If you pay by bank transfer, your bank and ours see the transaction. That is the full list.
Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after 24 months. Order records are kept as long as accounting and tax rules require, which is typically 5–10 years depending on jurisdiction.
Write to hello@dejavu.web.id and ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We will respond within 30 days. If a legal retention obligation prevents deletion, we will tell you which records and why rather than quietly refusing.
This site sets no cookies. It stores two values in your browser's local storage — your chosen language and your cart — so the site does not forget them when you reload. Clearing your browser data removes them.
This is a business-to-business and general retail food site. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. We will not apply a new policy retroactively to data already collected under an older one.
